ASSISTANT HOUSEKEEPER
 

Minimum of 2 years previous experience as an Assistant Housekeeper in a reputed hotel /resort.
Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
Must be able to motivate associates in a positive manner.
Maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
Inspect rooms daily
Maintain established hotel standards
Ensure guest privacy and security
Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline all housekeeping staff.
Must be computer literate. (Microsoft Office / Outlook)
Detail-oriented, ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong supervisory, managerial, development & coaching skills.
Excellent leadership skills demonstrating adaptability, flexibility & team orientation.
Strong ability to exercise sound judgment in evaluating situations & making decisions.
Ability to deal with internal & external customers of diverse social backgrounds with patience, tact & diplomacy to defuse anger and resolve conflict.
Reading, writing & oral proficiency in the English language.

We are looking for young and dynamic MALDIVIANS to fill the following post:
Waiter / Waitress 


Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet, seat, take orders from the guests and process them.
Prepare café for service and maintain the work station, work area and back of the house area, in a clean and orderly fashion at all times.
Serve food and beverage and perform all related activities at the café.
Prepare all beverage items.
Maintain a good standard of personal hygiene and grooming and apply safe and hygienic work practices at all time.
Maintain excellent working relationship with colleagues and superiors.
Assist in collecting commodities from stores.
Assist taking & maintaining inventories in proper condition.
Ensure that all payments are handled with care so as no discrepancies occur.
Report for duty on time, in the correct uniform and groomed in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.
Attend all training courses provided by the management.
Maintain a good working relationship with all restaurant and kitchen staff.
Perform all duties as instructed by the superior.


Requirements:
- Should be fluent in written and spoken English and have good communication skills
- Should have good physical presentation
- Be passionate about food & beverage and its service
- Be confident, committed and have a pleasant attitude
- Be able to work long hours
- Enjoy working in a team
- Experience in the field is an added advantage


Remuneration: 
Basic Salary including food and accommodation allowance: RF 3677.50
+ Monthly Service Charge
+ 30 days annual leave with pay
