RESERVATIONS ASSISTANT (MALDIVIANS ONLY)
• Minimum 1-year experience as a Reservations Assistant / Not less than a C pass in GCE O/L
• Good command of English is a must
• Detail-oriented, service-minded, punctual, creative and proactive
• Willingness to learn and improve
• Tendency to think positively
• Ability to perform professionally
• Good Interpersonal skill
• Respond to clients’ requests in a clear, timely and professional manner
• Expertly offer information, opinions, suggestions and/or other alternatives to clients in order to improve the travel itineraries and, if possible, increase sales
• Provide excellent customer service
• Handle clients’ urgent or last-minute requests and coordinate with responsible departments

6. Attend meetings.
7. Provide input into resources across projects.
8. Assist with identification of new project opportunities.
9. Assist in the development of other documentations for Live and Learn Maldives.
10. Travel to the islands is required.
