FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• To plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the overall operations of the Front Office to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and quality service.
• To ensure that the arrival, departure and any other guest contact experience are performed in an efficient and friendly manner

RESTAURANT SUPERVISORS 

Responsibilities:

• Ability to handle daily operational issues and solving problem that may arise.
• Planning, directing, controlling and participating in F&B events to achieve excellent customer satisfaction. 

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Leadership and good organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
