Assistant Captain – Luxury Yacht

Job Summary:

The captain is the person in- charge of operating the vessel and the crew. The person should be a ‘hands-on’ person and must also be able to carry out administrative work tasks. The person should thoroughly understand the service and all operations on board the vessel and should also be ready to entertain guests where necessary.

You will be based in Maldives but will work on board one of Sultans of the Seas luxury yachts (the Sultans way).

Salary & Remunerations:

Mrf. 8,000 - 11,000 (negotiable)

Annual Bonus, Medical Care, Leave Allowance, Ramazan Allowance, Career Development Opportunities, Food & Accommodation are arranged on board the vessel, Salary Increment will be provided according to company policies.

Skills & Competencies:

Relevant licenses required to captain a motor yacht of over 100ft. 

Fluent in both written and spoken English. 

Computer literacy. 

Over 4 years of experience as a Captain. 

Ability to speak a foreign language will be an added advantage.

Travel Specialist

Job Summary;

Responsible to act and develop strategies to hit or exceed sales targets and administratively monitor all sales related activities.

Skills and Competencies; 

Understand global tourism / travel industry and familiar with key players / markets. 

Must have Sales & public relations skills 

Computer literate 

Fluent in English , able to multitask 

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.

Reservations Agent

Job Summary; 

Handling reservations and increasing sales of the company.

Skills and Competencies; 

Pleasant, outgoing personality and good customer relations. 

Fluent in English 

Able to multitask 

Be familiar with computers especially Ms Office 

GCE A level or a Diploma in a related field 

Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field. 

Exposure to travel industry will be an added advantage
