Guest Relation Officer (Chinese)
Provide high quality guest service, ensuring a safe, clean, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
Attend to guests warmly during check in/out.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, complaints and requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Studies / Business Administration.
Those without Diploma but with an aptitude for customer service will also be considered.
Hotelling / hospitality experience preferred.
Warm and friendly disposition and pro-active and passionate about customer service.
Enjoy meeting travelers from all over the world and sensitive to cultural differences when working with them.
Ability to work effectively and independently with minimum supervision.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
Able to work shifts.
Able to start work at short notice or immediately.

ACCOUNTANT - NEED TO HAVE MINIMUM 3 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE WITH A DEGREE.
