Human Resource Department

Personnel Assistant (Female / Male)
Duties & Responsibilities:

Greeting / Receiving new comers.
Arranging accommodation for new comers.
Collecting and maintenance of staff information and records.
Preparing employees selection notification form.
Provide company name tag.
Arranging employee’s uniforms.
Filing documents.
Terminated employees; ensure to handover all company property before leaving resort.
Answering telephone calls.

Requirements:

- Should be fluent in written and spoken English and Dhivehi. C or above in 2 subjects in G.C.E O’Level is preferred.
- Experience in the field is an added advantage.
- Highly motivated and willing to learn with a “can do” attitude.
- Good knowledge of computer, especially MS Excel, Word, Power point.

Restaurant Waiter


Duties & Responsibilities:


1. Greet, seat, take orders from the guests and process them.
2. Serve food and beverage and perform all related activities at the respective outlet.
3. Prepare and maintain the work station, work area and back of the house area, in a clean and orderly fashion at all times.
4. Wash, wipe, sweep and mop service/work areas to maintain in clean and hygienic condition.
5. Arrange and lay tables and make preparation for the service.
6. Prepare beverages at still room or behind the service counter.
7. Assist in collecting commodities from stores.
8. Assist taking & maintaining inventories in proper condition.
9. Maintain a good standard of personal hygienic and grooming and apply safe and hygienic work practices at all time.


Requirements:


- Should be fluent in written and spoken English
- Highly motivated and willing to learn with a “can do” attitude
- Experience in the field is essential
