Captain

Job Summary

Captain is the person in-charge of operating the vessel and the crew. Ensuring the yacht is well maintained, trouble shoot and maintain equipments on-board. The person should be a ‘hands-on’ person and must be able to carry out some administrative tasks. The person should thoroughly understand the service and all operations onboard the vessel and should always be ready to entertain guests wherever necessary.

Salary & Benefits:

Mrf 7,000.00 – 10,000.00 + Charter Bonus.

Medical Care, Job related Trainings, Annual Bonus, Leave Benefits, Career Development Opportunities and Salary Increments will be provided according to company policy.

Skills and Competencies:

Relevant licenses to require captaining a motor yacht of over 100ft.

Over 5 years experience as a captain.

Presentable personality and good communication skills.

Must be able to perform basic maintenance/engineering work and some administrative tasks.
