Food & Beverage Department
Waiter
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet, seat, take orders from the guests and process them.
- Serve food and beverage and perform all related activities at the respective outlet.
- Prepare and maintain the work station, work area and back of the house area, in a clean and orderly fashion at all times.
- Wash, wipe, sweep and mop service/work areas to maintain in clean and hygienic condition.
- Arrange and lay tables and make preparation for the service.
- Prepare beverages at still room or behind the service counter.
- Assist in collecting commodities from stores.
- Assist taking & maintaining inventories in proper condition.
- Maintain a good standard of personal hygienic and grooming and apply safe and hygienic work practices at all time.
Requirements:
