Overview
The Human Resource Assistant Manager will support the management to strategically explore, plan and create career paths that will contribute to the realization of the individual and company goals. The employee will focus on strategic HR business partnerships where he/she will support the executive level managers while managing HR projects with the focus on performance
Job Criteria
- Degree in Human Resources Management
- Proven experience in the field of Human Resources
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Ability to communicate effectively
Remuneration Package
Rf 8,000 to Rf 10,000 per month
