We seek a person with very strong organizational and managerial skills to oversee the operation of a number of resort spas in Maldives.

The position will include the following areas of responsibility:

• Personnel Planning
• Service Training
• Resort/Spa Interaction
• Sales Promotions
• Quality Control
• Interaction with Guests, Resort Management, GROs and Serena Spa staff
• Marketing ways and means to increase sales and profitability of the spa operations.

We are looking for a mature person (Age 35 years and above) with documented results in the tourism industry and a clear understanding of how to build and maintain a high service level, profitability and customer satisfaction.

The salary, which is partly dependent on personal performance, will be negotiated based on the applicant's previous experience, track record and personality.

The job will require frequent resort spa visits, but the applicant will be based in Male’.
