Accounts Officer – Income Audit
Job scope:
1. To establish an efficient income audit system to ensure that all hotel revenues are properly accounted.
2. Ensure that established internal control measurements are routinely carried out.
3. Responsible for the efficient running and organizing of income audit office, front office cashiering, night auditing and food and beverage cashiering.
4. Conduct an inventory of company assets.
5. Implement system of guest check controls for all F&B outlets.

Accounts Officer – Accounts Receivable
Job Scope:
1. Establish an efficient management of the hotel's overall receivables by insuring that related policies and procedures are strictly adhered.
2. Verify Account Receivable recap from night audit work.
3. Ensures that all charges to the various Account Receivables are properly entered on a timely basis.
4. Assists the Finance manager on guest's account queries.
5. Prepare travel agents bills and statements.
