Sales Representative

Educational Qualifications:
- Minimum O’ Level / Higher Qualification

Other requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills
- Self-confident and self-motivated
- Able to work long hours

Responsibilities:
- Control of cash and credit sales enquiries
- Day to day customer service
- Assistance in administrative duties

Remuneration details:
- Basic Salary range: Rf4350- Rf4730 (Depending on qualification and experience)
- Fixed Allowance range: Rf1350- Rf1950
- Overtime and extra working days allowance
- Technical and professional allowance (if eligible)

Job Title: Maldives Food Operations Sales Manager

Job Description:

An English owned and run International Hotel Supply Company based in Maldives, seeks a vibrant, enthusiastic, hard working, ex Industry Hotel and Catering professional (ideally a Chef) to develop two existing businesses;

(1) Food Sales to Maldives Resorts, via Dubai, South Africa and European supply routes

We currently supply resorts with their weekly food shipments, predominantly by air freight into Male, from Dubai and RSA. The main focus will be new client/business development, with a small element of current client account management.

(2) To oversee the running of the Jade Bistro in Male

This is a Restaurant Manager in place, so it is just a quality control / standards checking role. This will not require much as this business is running fine. However, we do want to use our Bistro as a “Shop Window” to promote our existing products to Maldives clients.

Package: TBC

Initial Targets:

(a) New Maldives based clients for Yeoman Dubai
(b) New Maldives based clients for Yeoman South Africa
(c) To continue momentum and communication with our current clients
(d) To help the Group Food GM set up and establish our European supply route
(e) To oversee the day to day running of the Jade Bistro
