(Leading private outpatient clinic)

Position: Secretary/ Receptionist
Qualifications:

• GCE / GCSE O/L 3 passes C and above
• Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must posses a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills
  

Main Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and fix doctor’s appointments
• Counter duties including issuing of tokens and managing the floor
• Assisting doctors in clerical work and record maintenance
  

Salary: Rf3,000.00
Punctuality Allowance: Rf500.00
Overtime: if work exceeds 48hrs per week
