Skills and Competencies:

Must be someone who has a pleasant

personality and able to deal with people in a

kind and professional manner. Be a current

certified and insured PADI Dive Master or Dive

Instructor. Have good communication skill in

English. Someone who gives attention to

safety, detail and is team oriented . Experience

in diving in the Maldives and Dive Guiding is a

requirement.
