1 X DEPUTY MANAGER

The Deputy Manager is responsible for the overall coordination of our civil society projects and operations. S/he is also key to the fulfilment of the organisational mission, strategy and work plans and will be expected to seek opportunities to tangibly increase civil society participation in national and community-level governance and development The Deputy Manager will lead, encourage and support the professional development of our small and close-knit team. The successful candidate will be considered for the Executive Manager position scheduled to be available in 1st quarter of 2009

1 X SENIOR PROJECT OFFICER

Join our Project Team and you will oversee a variety of innovative civil society strengthening activities. Our projects include conducting training workshops to increase NGO capacity, providing tailored one-on-one assistance to new community groups, building positive relations within civil society, consulting with key stakeholders within Maldives and internationally, researching priority social issues and community needs, and writing project proposals.

1 x FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

If you are someone who loves to organise anything and everything from receipts, payments, accounts, project budgets, files, letters, IT, office supplies, travel bookings, workshop & event logistics ........... even people!! ........... then this job is for you!! Job Opportunity for Spa Director

Spa Resources International

We are urgently in need of Spa Director for our well reputable client in Bahrain. This is an all exclusive female centre with 11 treatment rooms, salon, fitness and salon section, servicing the high-end guests and members.

Position Summary:

The Spa Director will oversees the daily operations of the spa, salon, health club and laser clinic of the facility. Adheres to monthly purchasing budgets for all departments and implements systems for budgetary control. She will also be responsible for motivating the whole team and ensures the highest possible standards of service. Handles the revenue generation in both services and retail product sales. The Spa Director is responsible for establish and maintaining hygiene and safety standards and ensure SOPs are followed at all times. She will also be instrument in launching new products and services leading the training of appropriate staff.


Skills Required:: Candidates must have 3-5 years experience in similar field. Desire to provide phenomenal spa experiences. In depth understanding of spa management. Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills. Must be assertive, quick thinking and customer focused. She must also be able to prepare and implement marketing plans as well as budgets and forecast or other relevant financial data. Potential candidates should also be confident and could handle large team of people.
