You are required to have some positive experience in Personnel Management/Law with at least 2-3 years experience in Human Resources of a large service organization, knowledge of Time and Attendance Biometric System an advantage. Accuracy is of the utmost importance as attendance and punctuality. A positive attitude and motivation are also key factors in this job. Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and yield management techniques is important. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office System.
