Compressor Technician

Description:
The person for this position is expected to install, service, diagnose malfunction, repair and test compressors with diesel, petrol and electric drives, and diagnose/repair electric and electro-mechanical compressor control devices.

Qualifications:
Experience of technical field and service of air cooled HP and LP equipment
Computer literate: Email and Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work individually and to deal with customers in a friendly professional manner on day to day basis.
Fluency in English essential
Should expect inter island / atoll travel by sea/air and overnight stay.

Salary (range):
MVR 7000 – 9000 ( subject to your actual qualifications)
Overtime and allowances
Official working hours: 7:45 to 17:15 (tea and lunch break)

Description:
The person applying for this position will be taught to operate install, service, diagnose, repair and test HP Breathing air compressors with diesel, petrol and electric drive.
Requirements
· GCE –A Level with min. Grade C in Physics and Maths
· Fluent written and spoken English
· Computer literate: Email, Microsoft Office package.
· Pleasant personality highly motivated and passionate interest to work diligently in this special field.

Starting salary MVR 3000.-
Allowances and overtime
Working hours: 07:45 – 17:15

Training in this specialized technical field is provided at our facility as well as abroad.
