HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATOR

Duties : Include but not limited to Employee Administration,Leave, transfers, promotions, accommodation, BenefitAdministration (incl.Medical), Performance Appraisals, contract renewals, Staff Events planner and organizing, File maintenance and Audits.

Qualification : Must have a Gr.12 and a Certificate in Human Resources Management, a Diploma would be an added advantage. Must have at least 2 years experience in Human Resources. Must be Computer Literate, excellent communications and problem solving skills. Must be able to communicate Fluently in English, Divehi, other languages, e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam would be advantage.

Salary : MRF 6,000.00 to MRF 7,000.00 depend on experience (One Year Contract, Renewable)
