Meeru Island Resort is recruiting for the following positions:

HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATOR
Duties : Include but not limited to Employee Administration,
Leave, transfers, promotions, accommodation, Benefit
Administration (incl.Medical), Performance Appraisals, contract renewals, Staff Events planner and organizing, File maintenance and Audits.
Qualification : Must have a Gr.12 and a Certificate in Human Resources Management, a Diploma would be an added advantage. Must have at least 2 years experience in Human Resources. Must be Computer Literate, excellent communications and problem solving skills. Must be able to communicate Fluently in English, Divehi, other languages, e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam would be advantage.
Salary : MRF 6,000.00 to MRF 7,000.00 depend on experience (One Year Contract, Renewable)
Benefits : Accommodation, Meals, Medical, Transport provided, Annual Leave, Service Charges, Library, Cybercafé, Sports Facilities and Entertainment provided.

Responsibilities
To answer all related telephone calls, enter data to the system
Follow up repeated faults or delayed faults and report accordingly
Update the customer history and technical assistance rendered
Starting Salary: Rf3000/-
Working Hours: Six hours (Shift duties) 6 days a week
