HR Assistant

Island Hideaway, a 5 star boutique resort property in Maldives is currently looking for a HR Assistant.
Island Hideaway is a luxurious 43 villas resort, situated in the nearly untouched Haa Alifu atoll, in the north of Maldives.
The resort boasts stunning beauty, white sandy beaches, a beautiful house-reef and a picture perfect lagoon. The island itself is a haven of privacy, coupled with luxury amenities set amongst tropical vegetation, keeping and preserving the ecological environment. 2 Restaurants, a bar, pool, countless water sport activities, a dive center, spa and a fully equipped sports complex cater for our valued guests.

We are now looking for candidates for a HR Assistant role. The successful candidate will need to have good computer and office skills, HR experience is desirable. An excellent command of written and spoken English, hard working and self motivated with an outgoing and mature personality. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and should be able to adapt to an island lifestyle in a remote location, a multinational staff and be flexible.
