01 Quantity Surveyor
-Degree in quantity surveying or equivalent degree certified QS
-3-5 years experience in similar projects

02 Site Engineers- Civil / Structural
-Degree in (Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering)
-Ability to inspect construction projects
-4-5 years experience in site & similar project

01 Chief Accountant
-Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management
-5 years experience in same industry, commercial sector or construction industry

-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and commonly used accounting packages
-Influential communicator with the ability to negotiate & persuade at all levels
-Knowledge of procument methods and procedures
-Contract administration will be an advantage

-3-5 years experience in procument & purchasing preferably in resort construction/hospitality industry
-Ability to control materials procument and advise on the delivery program

01 Receptionist
-Female, with pleasant personality and excellent fluency in Dhivehi and English
-Must possess GCE O’Level / A’Level with computer knowledge
-Must be able handle front office operations
-Should be energetic and customer friendly
Remuneration: MRF3500 (Negotiable depending on qualification & experience)

01 Administration Manager
Excellent command of Dhivehi & English Language with high level of computer literacy
-Sound educational background with a degree or diploma in management or related field
-Excellent Secretarial ability with a pleasant personality
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in secretarial/ administration and willing and able to work long hours
