An exciting opportunity has risen at our Island Hideaway Resort, Spa and Marian at Dhonakulhi in the Maldives. The role is Front Office Receptionist resporting to the Front Office Supervisor. This role includes but is not limited to:
.
1. Meeting, greeting and assisting guests to ensure they have an excellent holiday
2. Telephone operator Service
3. Using the Opera IT system to update and provide guest information
.
The Front Office is open 24/7 to ensure that there is a permanent point of cantact for guests. Any queries may be encountered and this role is responsible for providing assistance at all times to ensure 100% gest satisfaction. The role can be challenging but is also very rewarding.
.
The suitable candidate must posses strong PC skillss, be able to communicate in english and be able to present our Island Hideaway in smart and positive manner.
.
