Reollo Investments Private Limited, a well-established company, registered and operating in the Maldives, is seeking qualified, dedicated, energetic and hard-working staff, as part of our vessel & Dredger crew.

1. Deck Hands

Job Profile: Deckhands as mariners shall help with the various operations in running the dredger operated by the company. Deckhands will perform the following functions;
  • Looking after lines used to moor the dredger while in harbor;
  • Performing general maintenance duties such as cleaning and painting;
  • Helping with the day-to-day operation of the vessel, including keeping a watchful eye for safety and security;
  • Experienced deckhands may be asked to take turns on the bridge and spend time at the wheel of the dredger, relieving others who have done a shift, when the dredging operation requires less skill to operate safely.

Job Requirement:
  • Shall have prior experience as deck hand of vessels, preferably on a Dredger. 
  • The applicant should be medically & physically fit to be able to do strenuous work.
  • Shall have the ability to mix well with people with many different specializations & back grounds.

Salary: MRF5,000.00 per month.

Other Benefits: Food & Accommodation will be provided at work sites.

2. Boat Crew

Job Profile: Boat crew shall help the captain in the sailing & various other operations of the boat. Boat Crew will perform the following functions;
  • Sweep, mop, and wash down decks to remove oil, dirt, and debris, using brooms, mops, brushes, and hoses.
  • Load or unload materials from to/from Dredger/Vessels.
  • Handle lines to moor vessels to wharfs, to tie up vessels to other vessels, or to rig towing lines.
  • Stand watch in boat’s bows to look for obstructions in a boat’s path or to locate navigational aids, such as buoys or lights.
  • Operate boat equipment, such as winches, derricks, etc.
  • Chip and clean rust spots on decks, superstructures, or sides of ships, using wire brushes and hand or air chipping machines.

Job Requirement:
  • Shall have prior experience as boat crew of vessels.
  • The applicant should be medically & physically fit to be able to do strenuous work. 

Salary: MRF4, 000.00 per month.
