ASSISTANT CHIEF ENGINEER
- Minimum certified Trade Qualification or Engineering Degree.
- Must have 2- 5 years Management experience in Premium International Hotel or Resort Operations.
- Strong organization and coordination skills together with the technical expertise.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Capable of adapting to different cultures and ways of life.
- Proficient in all financial aspects linked to the operation.
LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
- Diploma or Degree in Education/Arts or Hospitality Management with further education / specialization / experience in Resort/Hotel Operations.
- A minimum of 2 yrs training experience in Premium International Hotel or Resort Operations. Proven experience working with and upgrading refined personalized HR standards in multi cultural locations will constitute a definite advantage.
- Excellent organization and coordination skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Capable of adapting to different cultures and ways of life.
