Executive Chef

Create menus that meet and exceed
customers’ needs and conform to brand standards
Ensure the consistent production of high
quality food through all resort food outlets
Develop positive customer relations
through proactive interaction with Guests, Team Members, contractors, and suppliers
Able Resolve, promptly and completely,
any issues that may arise in the kitchen or related areas among Guests and Team
Members
Must have the necessary skills and
knowledge to manage department operations, including budgeting, forecasting,
resource planning, and waste management
Potential employees must have at least
five years of related Chef Experience in a five star resort, hotel
Front Office Manager
An ability to listen and respond to
demanding Guest needs

MBA or Bachelors degree in Hospitality
Management
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Front
Office Manager.
Fluent in written and spoken English,
addition languages is an added advantage
Training Manager
A recognized university degree or a
diploma, preferably in Hospitality.
Minimum 5 years of experience in
Managerial level preferably international hotels with proven record of
achievements in people development
Promote and advance a learning culture
within the organization
Excellent command of the English language
Good computer skills
Outgoing, pleasant personality and team
player
Villa attendant (Maldivians only)
Pleasant personality & positive
attitude
Should be able to professionally
communicate in English and have a pleasant personality
Additional language would be an added
advantage
Organized with an eye for details
2-3 years 5* resort/hotel experience
Sous Chef
Responsible for supervision of kitchen
brigade within your designated area
Assist the Executive Sous Chef in
planning and implementation of daily menus
Prepare market lists in line with the
resort’s occupancy and budgeted costs
With at least three years work experience
on the same post
Excellent leadership and communication
skills
Complies with company’s Hygiene and
sanitation standard
Ability to train and motivate
subordinates
Chief Steward
Able to work long hours and under
pressure
Excellent computer skills.
Organized with an eye for details
Eager to learn & progress
Good written and spoken English skills
Good understanding of the job
Minimum 2 years experience in the related
position
Complies with company’s Hygiene and
sanitation standard
Good interpersonal skills & excellent
communication skills
Enthusiastic, courteous & helpful to
colleagues & customers
