Job Opportunity for Food Safety Auditors

We are currently recruiting for Food Safety Auditors to join our team based in the Maldives. Working closely with our resort clients, the challenging role of Food Safety Auditor involves the following;

• Conduct food safety audits at different resort locations throughout the Maldives
• Audit all F&B areas including kitchens, bars, spa, housekeeping, storerooms, and receiving areas across the resort.
• Give clear feedback throughout the inspection process and if required attend a post inspection meeting with resort management team.
• Produce clear reports with constructive feedback and findings of the audit.
• Provide the highest level of service and responsiveness and act as a source of expertise and knowledge to clients

Skills and Experience Required

• Friendly, outgoing personality, ability to build strong professional working relationships with our clients.
• A keen interest or background in food safety and hospitality, ideally educated to a degree level.  Qualifications in Food Safety Management would be preferable. 
• The ability to write clear concise reports delivering key messages
• Organised approach to work and a keen eye for detail


Job Opportunity for Food Safety Trainers

We are currently recruiting for Food Safety Trainers to join our team based in the Maldives. Working closely with our resort clients, the challenging role of Food Safety Trainer involves the following;

• Deliver Food Safety & HACCP training courses at a number of resort locations in the Maldives
• Conduct and mark exam papers following the training courses and share the results with the resorts
• Deliver both classroom style training and hands on practical training and coaching sessions as required by the resort.
• Answer questions and be able to give detailed explanations to a group
• Provide the highest level of service and responsiveness and act as a source of expertise and knowledge to clients

Skills and Experience Required

• Friendly, outgoing personality, ability to build strong professional working relationships with our clients.
• A keen interest or background in food safety and hospitality
• Experience of working in the training field, the ability to deliver training and share information in a clear and concise manner that can be easily understood
• Organised approach to work and a passion for training and developing others.  

Further training in food safety knowledge and on the job training will be provided for both of these roles.
