Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Human Resources
Management
- 3 years experience as Head of
Department in Human Resources in a 5* resort
- Strong Communication skills in English
( both written and oral)
- Knowledge of local language would be an
advantage
- Good interpersonal skills, tact,
maturity, flexibility and an empathic approach
- Strong leadership quality and ability
to deliver results under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of Maldivian Labour
law
- Experience in HR fusion will be an
advantage
Training Manager
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the HR Manager the candidate
will be required to-
- Identify, write and deliver training
programmes in line with business needs and ensure it is aligned with the identified training needs of the
employees
- Monitor feedback from employees
regarding the effectiveness of programmes offered
- Recommend solutions to enhance
effectiveness and efficiency
- Conduct analysis to determine training
needs
- Measure the effectiveness of training
programmes
- Identify talented individuals and
implement development plans
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources of relevant
discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same
position in a five star resort.
- Fluent in English and an excellent
communicator
- An outgoing, pleasant personality, a
team player
- Good computer skills
Executive Chef
Requirements
- Culinary or equivalent tertiary
qualification.
- 3 years experience in the same role in
a 5star resort.
- Michelin star restaurant experience or
equivalent.
- Large scale fine dining banqueting, sit
down and buffet, experience 200 pax plus..
- Experienced in developing restaurant,
banquet and fine dining menus.
- High standards of professional conduct
with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong result orientation.
- Detailed knowledge of food safety and
quality systems and demonstrated ability to achieve compliance with area of responsibility.
- Attention to detail, ability to plan,
multitask and ability to work to strict time constraints.
- Excellent people management skills with
proven experience of leading and managing a multinational team in an effective manner.
- Proactively committed to adding value
and creating wealth for the company through the elimination of waste and improved team effectiveness
and productivity.
- Ability to maintain budget targets.
