Reservation Sales Agent
We seek an experienced Reservations Agent to efficiently handle all
bookings and requests via telephone and emails. The ideal candidate will
possess the following requirements:
- Minimum 12 months experience in Reservations with resorts
- Full knowledge of Property Management System Opera
- Passion for generating sales and revenue with good up-selling skills
- Excellent telephone manner with patience and understanding of various nationalities
- Fluency in English both verbal and written and ability to communicate at all levels
- Well organized, highly motivated and a good team player
