As part of our Programme Team you will contribute towards diverse activities including:

1. Preparation and facilitation of trainings;

2. Organizing and preparation for field trips;

3. Prepare presentations and training materials as needed;

4. Preparation of reports;

5. Review and provide feedback on environment educational materials prepared by Live & Learn staff. 

6. Attend meetings.

7. Provide input into resources across projects. 

8. Assist with identification of new project opportunities.

9. Assist in the development of other documentations for Live and Learn Maldives.

10. Travel to the islands is required.

GUEST SERVICE AGENTS (MALE / FEMALE MALDIVIANS ONLY)


- A Guest Services Agent serves our guests efficiently, courteously and in a friendly and professional manner in accordance with the standards set by Paradise Island Resort & Spa. A Guest Services Agent will maintain a high level of integrity, service and hospitality at all times.


DUTY INCLUDES:-
• welcome each guest; demonstrate high quality and professional friendliness 
• answer inquiries and provide current and accurate information to guests 
• promote excursions and sales 
• Utilize instinctive selling techniques and hotel sales programs to maximize revenue
• Maintains order and cleanliness at the front desk


SKILLS AND ABILITY:
- Excellent command of the English language
- Ability to relate to the customer in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to provide courteous and professional guest service
- Computer literacy
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
