We are looking for capable and energetic candidates to fill the following vacant positions at our property.


-Position: Health & Safety officer (Maldivian or expatriate) 
-Salary: Mrf 7000/-
-Monthly Service charge


Requirements:
#-1 must be fluent in English both written and spoken
#-2 must have advance certificate in food hygiene
#-3 must be thoroughly ware of all HACCP standards
#-4 must have excellent knowledge of swimming pool safety standards and knowledge of maintaining the quality of swimming pool water.
#-5 thorough knowledge of swimming pool chemicals and chlorine.
#-6 must be able to perform health & safety audits of the resort and prepare reports.
Expatriate Candidates applying for this position must have all the certificates of qualification authenticated by the institute the certificate was issued from or by the ministry of foreign affairs of the citizen’s country of origin.

Receptionist cum Cashier - Front Office

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face and respond 
promptly to customer inquiries.
Handle room reservations and maintain records and sales.
Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
Keep records of inquiries, comments and complaints.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Draft letters and documents.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Receive and process cash, cheque, charge/credit payments and provide change and receipts.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.

Education and Experience
Completed GCE “O” level. GCE “A” level is preferable.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Experience in the field is an added advantage and new comers are also welcome.
