Reservations/Revenue Manager
Requirements:
Key skills / experience:
• Producer of consistently quality service
• Strong leadership and excellent man management skills
• Innovative, resourceful, adaptable and Flexible 
• Previously similar location a definite benefit
• English language & Excellent management skills
• Strong coaching & concealing skills
• Dedicated team player, can do approach
• Excellent training & communication skills
• Extremely high standards & Excellent administration skills
• Excellent guest relations skills & Pro-active, can do approach
• Proficient in all financial aspects linked to the operation


Key personality traits:
• Dynamic and not afraid of change and Adaptable to island life
• Friendly outgoing personality and Self motivated
• Possess strong self management skills


Background Advantages:
• Experience in Small Leading Hotels, Relais & Chateaux style properties and similar locations. Five star background with a solid career path is essential and Language skills


Lime Spa Receptionist-Female
Requirements:
• Must have O level grade English
• A warm personality, well groomed and a desire to help people with their questions
• 1 year reception experience in a resort or ideally in a spa environment
• Clear communication skills and organised personality,
• Previous sales experience is an advantage.


Cost Controller
Requirements:
• Good communication skills / telephone manner
• Computer literacy including Materials Control, Sun, Fidelio, Micros, Excel and Windows
• Excellent numerical skills
• Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles
• Adaptability and Integrity
• Supervising  people & operation
• Must have 03 years experience in the same role

Guest Service Assistant

Salary and Benefits

Monthly salary, monthly service charge, one day off a week, 30 days annual leave, public holidays, medical insurance, accommodation with all meals & return ticket home each year.
