b) Carry out daily mis-en-place requirements in Butchery section


2. Senior Boat Crew (Maldivians only)

Job Scope:

a) Assist Boat captain in daily marine operation

b) Ensure safety and security of the passengers while on board

Requirements:

a) Able to work longer hours

b) Fluent in English
