F&B Service Department
BAR MANAGER
- Diploma /Degree in Hotel F&B Service or other related course.
- Five years experience in the bar or related operational experience.
- Knowledge of International Cocktails, Wines and Beverages.
- Excellent up-selling expertise
- Good training skills
- Highly motivated with strong leadership skills
- Highly developed interpersonal / communication skills
- Guest focused friendly, co-operative, responsive attitude and a team player.
- Flexible working hours, hands on, patient, peoples person and very service oriented
- High level of written and spoken English
