CHEF DE PARTIE
- Diploma /Degree in Culinary or other related course.
- Five years experience in the Kitchen or related operational experience.
- Good training skills
- Highly developed interpersonal / communication skills
- Guest focused friendly, co-operative, responsive attitude and a team player.
- Flexible working hours, hands on, patient, peoples person and very service oriented
- High level of written and spoken English
