HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Scope of Work
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our established and expanding organization. The role will be a standalone position, so you will need to be experienced on both strategic and operational levels, and have the ability to manage a start-up HR function.
As the HR Manager, you will be working for an organization where HR leaders are not seen as order takers but as trusted advisors. This role will be the face of the HR to the business and will be considered a true business partner in identifying and driving HR initiatives to align the business and talent needs. You will find your executive to be engaged and supportive viewing HR as a strategic partner. Duties will include, but will not be limited to :-
-Develop and deliver a rounded people management strategy
-Provide a sales and customer focused HR service
-Support managers in all aspects of people management
-Manage a 360 degree recruitment process
-Design and Implement HR policies and procedures across the company
-Training and development
Knowledge and skill required
-At least 4 years’ Manager experience with evidence of continuing professional development
-At least Degree in relevant field (or higher)
-Experience in the development and implementation of employment policies and procedures
-Pro-active and self-motivated
-Excellent Organizational and time-management skills
