We require:- Previous experience in similar position within hotel/resorts
- Knowledge of food sanitation and HACCP systems
- Good organizational skills
- Proactive in computer programs ( excel, word and power point )
- Fluency in English ( additional language would be advantageous )
- Experience in a High quality Culinary department in various food production areas
- Soonest Starting date
