COMMIS (VIETNAMESE or CHINESE) - 1
Scope of Position: To add culinary depth to the department by
incorporating Vietnamese or Chinese cuisines, working in all areas of the food
and beverage department to enhance the culinary offerings of the resort. The
Commis Chef prepares the daily mis-en-place and food items according to
pre-determined recipes and dish specifications. Commis Chefs require good
organizational skills and hygiene standards
Experience: Minimum 3 years
of experience
Qualifications: Secondary School
or above
Special Skills: Willingness
to learn new skills and work hard
Languages: Excellent
English communication skills both oral and written. Knowledge and abilities in
other languages is desirable. Knowledge of Dhivehi also seen as an advantage
