We invite applications for the following positions.
1. Food and Beverage Manager
a) Oversee the successful management of kitchens, restaurants, bars and other services of the Food and Beverage department.
b) Develop consistency in service through effective training from SOP’s developed from Service fundamentals and guest flow.
c) Develop and maintain original cuisine concept appropriate for each area over a wide price range.
d) Deliver a consistent and original beverage service concept appropriate for each area.
2. Executive Housekeeper
a) To ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of the Housekeeping Department.
b) To plan, direct, control, coordinate and participate in all area and activities of the housekeeping department.
c) Ensure that hotel standards of service and cleanliness and maintenance of the entire hotel is maintained.
3. Chef de Cuisine
a) Responsible for smooth running of the Specialty Restaurant (the Kitchen) taking full responsibility for the brigade, menu development, and operating costs and profit budget for the outlet.
b) Plans and develops the restaurants operating budget with the Restaurant Manager and the DFB.
c) Manages and trains the restaurant brigade.
