Golden Opportunity

Duty Manager

We are looking for someone responsible for the smooth operation of the Resort in the absence of senior Management ensuring all staff/guests receives immediate attention to situations requiring managerial decisions. Ensure all facets of the resort are running in accordance with Kandooma’s standards & procedures.

Key focus is: Ensure smooth operation of Front Office & other Resort areas, Communication between all Resort departments Communicate effectively between customers, co-workers & supervisors,

Customer Service

• Ensure a professional Welcome occurs for all guests. Coordinate to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals and appropriate amenities are placed in guest rooms prior to arrival
• Provide value added service to customers by doing whatever reasonable and possible to meet and exceed customer expectations
  

Staff Training

• To assist in the building of an efficient and motivated Team of employees by taking in active interest in their welfare, safety, training and development
• To provide detailed training of employees, ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with maximum efficiency
