Customer Services Representative / Call Centre
Working with our call centre/ 123 team, will be required to handle incoming queries regarding products and services, installations, and faults, Co-ordination and monitoring the fault attendance and recovery process and updating related records also form part of this job.
If you are someone with good academic qualification with a thorough knowledge of Computer Applications, able to handle customer in a consistent, friendly and helpful manner, have excellent communication and inter-personal skill and are able to work on shifts, your are the right candidate we are looking for
Customer Services Representative / Front Office
Working with our Customer Front Office team you will be responsible for providing an efficient and friendly point of contact with customers for the sales of Dhiraagu’s services and carryout all the activities associated with the day to day functions of Dhiraagu front office according to the company requirements.
Working with our Cable Network team you will be responsible to:
Carryout the installations of the External Network and associated equipment
Carryout test using test equipments supplied after the cables are jointed/terminated
Carryout maintenance and repair of cables and other associated equipments
We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic people to work in this field, with a minimum ‘C’ pass in GCE O’Level, Maths, Physics and English or Certificate and above in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. You must be willing to travel and work on Off-Male’ sites
