RESERVATION SALES AGENT - Maldivian National

Are you ready to join our team and be trained as a Reservation Sales Agent?

You will be a hospitality focused individual who is seeking a new and challenging opportunity. You will already have sales and customer service experience and take pride in providing excellent service. You are a true 'people person' and are looking to develop your skills and knowledge in an award winning establishment.

Your main responsibilities will be the following:-

- Assisting guest's enquiries in regards to room's accommodation, availability, room types and rates by imparting information about the hotel in a polite and helpful manner, maintaining a positive sales attitude.
- Communicating and dealing with different types of guests, communicating accommodation solutions to meet their needs.
- Communicating appropriate guest reservation information in to the respective systems, ensuring accuracy and clarity, in order to guarantee the guests expectation of accommodation when arriving to the hotel.
- Communicating other hotel services to our guests capitalising on up-selling and revenue opportunities
